I became the CEO’s point person for solving operational challenges—whether it meant coding-in fixes, automating tasks, or building entirely new systems. I created the company’s centralized Notion workspace for smoother day-to-day operations and quick access to assets, developed custom Notion templates (including the core product of a course), and supported various projects from promotional materials and product design to proofreading and content refinement.
